Only one stand for a suit case. We had 2 suit cases therefor one suit case had to be on the floor. No face washers.

The room was roomy with a outdoor terrace. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was before noon. Hotel stored our luggage all day at no extra cost.

The hotel staff was very efficient in providing us with parking assistance and their customer service was friendly. the location was easily accessible and quiet. the fact that we could request for a king-sized bed was convenient and comfortable to sleep in.

Our room had a window in the bathroom which faced towards the bed and kitchen area without any curtains, and this was uncomfortable for privacy. the beds were pushed separately instead of as a king and provided for an uncomfortable sleeping experience.

location is not the best, area of parking lots, not far of main attractions though. nearby restaurant plays high volume music during weekends

The location was perfect, right next to the busy pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed. I particularly enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the in-room breakfast service. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

This was a lastminute-booking, so we didn't have much choice. Although this is announced as an apartment 'design' hotel (we were lokking for an apart-hotel), the rooms were not really up to the task. The hotel personel (most of the time very young people because of the holidays) did their best to help us. The room was clean and when we got a wrong room at the first moment, they brought us without a problem to a room with a kitchen. The bed was ok, the same for airco and bathroom

They call themselves a 'design' hotel. But we did not really have a feeling of seeing much (modern) design. Also the name 'Apart hotel' is not really correct. The rooms are not really made as apartments. In some rooms you have a small kitchen, but no real table & chairs to sit and eat. So in all not really what we were looking for. If you are looking for a normal hotel, then this is probably ok for you.

The breakfast had decent options for a small hotel and the staff was friendly. Regarding the location, it was in a central part of the city, which made it easy to move around and explore. Another advantage was the suite with a kitchenette, it was helpful to save some money during my Easter trip.

The room was quite noisy as it was facing the street, making it difficult to sleep at night. , the bathroom was poorly designed, with a shower window that allowed other people in the room to watch.
